Impact Night

The impact night ticket is a pass open to all, giving access to the ChangeNOW 2024 summit only on the evening of Wednesday 27 March from 4pm to 9pm.

How do I register for ChangeNOW?

You can register for the summit directly online: https://www.changenow.world/ticketing-2024 A ticketing service will also be available on-site, subject to availability. For group ticket requests or to organize a Learning Expedition, you can complete the form group tickets.

I will only be able to come for one day, can I have a 1 day pass?

There is no 1-day pass, only 3 days full-access passes (General Attendee, Startup, Investor, Premium) allow you to attend the event on monday, tuesday, wednesday. Evening tickets are available for wednesday evening only and can be ordered separately via the "Evening ticket” pass.

Can I cancel my ticket and get reimbursed?

In case of cancellation by the Participant or in case of absence on the day of the Event, the payment of the registration fee will remain fully due and will not give rise to any refund. I need an invoice without VAT

We cannot deduct VAT. The French tax law states that even if we send invoices abroad within the European Union, the buyer will use the French service, so we are required to add the VAT to the invoice. Furthermore, if you have omitted to add the intra-community VAT number at the time of your purchase, please inform us so that we can add it to your invoice.

How do group tickets (ticket packages) work?

For groups of 6 or more tickets, you can contact us to receive a quotation via this contact form.

Can I transfer my ticket to another participant?

Badges are personal and non-transferable.

I have a payment problem, my credit card is not working.

The purchase might not be successful if the 3D secure did not work. In this case, your account will not be charged. The reasons can be the following:

I want to change the information on my ticket

After you have finalized your registration and your payment has been accepted, it is not possible to change the name on the ticket anymore. However, if there is an error with your e-mail adresss or invoice information you can contact us to correct it at the following address: tickets@changenow.world.

What are options for groups at ChangeNOW?

We offer discounted tickets for groups of 6 persons and more, whether you will be attending as a group or individually. Group discounts allow you to save up to 55%, contact us on this form to get a quotation.

If you're seeking an upgraded summit experience, we offer guided tours for groups of up to 13 members. For more information, contact our team.

Can I upgrade or change my ticket category?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be upgraded or changed to another category.

Does my 3-day ticket also give me access to the Wednesday evening event?

Yes, all our 3-day tickets (general attendee, investor, startup, premium, student, NGO/Academic) include access to the Wednesday night public opening.
