Coming by bike?

A free, secure bike parking area is available for the event in front of the Grand Palais.

You won’t be able to bring your bike battery inside. Please leave your bike at the parking or the battery at the luggage room located next to the south entrance!

A dedicated sustainable foodcourt is open during the 3 days from 10am to 5pm.

Frequently asked Questions

How do I register for ChangeNOW?

You can register for the summit directly online: https://www.changenow.world/ticketing-2026/ A ticketing service will also be available on-site, subject to availability. For group ticket requests or to organize a Learning Expedition, you can complete the form group tickets.

I will only be able to come for one day, can I have a 1 day pass?

If you're a professional there is no 1-day pass, only 3 days full-access passes (General public pass, Startups & NGOs pass, Regular access, Investor pass, Premium pass) allow you to attend the event on monday, tuesday and wednesday. The general public pass is dedicated for the wednesday afternoon.

Can I cancel my ticket and get reimbursed?

In case of cancellation by the Participant or in case of absence on the day of the Event, the payment of the registration fee will remain fully due and will not give rise to any refund. How do group tickets (ticket packages) work?

For groups of 6 or more tickets, you can contact us to receive a quotation via this contact form.

Group rates apply to the following tickets:

  • General Summit pass
  • Regular pass 
  • Startups & NGOs pass 
  • Investor pass
  • Premium pass 

Can I transfer my ticket to another participant?

Badges are personal and non-transferable.

I have a payment problem, my credit card is not working.

The purchase might not be successful if the 3D secure did not work. In this case, your account will not be charged. The reasons can be the following:

  • The time limit was exceeded.
  • Your browser has a problem. You can try with another one like Chrome or Firefox. If, after several attempts, you still can't book your ticket, our team is here to help you, contact our team.

I want to change the information on my ticket

After you have finalized your registration and your payment has been accepted, it is not possible to change the name on the ticket anymore. However, if there is an error with your e-mail adresss or invoice information you can contact us to correct it at the following address: tickets@changenow.world

Can I upgrade or change my ticket category?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be upgraded or changed to another category.  

Will replay videos of conferences be available after the event?

The videos of the conferences will be available in replay in the days following the event directly on the event's website. However, some side events like workshops will not be filmed.
