A free, secure bike parking area is available for the event in front of the Grand Palais.

Passes, discounts and payments

How do I register for ChangeNOW?

You can register for the summit directly online: https://www.changenow.world/ticketing/ A ticketing service will also be available on-site, subject to availability. For group ticket requests or to organize a Learning Expedition, you can complete the form group tickets.

I will only be able to come for one day, can I have a 1 day pass?

If you're a professional there is no 1-day pass, only 3 days full-access passes (General public pass, Startups & NGOs pass, Regular access, Investor pass, Premium pass) allow you to attend the event on monday, tuesday and wednesday. The general public pass is dedicated for the wednesday afternoon.

Can I cancel my ticket and get reimbursed?

In case of cancellation by the Participant or in case of absence on the day of the Event, the payment of the registration fee will remain fully due and will not give rise to any refund. How do group tickets (ticket packages) work?

For groups of 6 or more tickets, you can contact us to receive a quotation via this contact form.

Participants are then free to come with the group or separately (each ticket is an individual ticket, at a reduced rate). Group rates apply to the following tickets:

  • General Summit pass
  • Startups/NGOs
  • Investor pass
  • Premium pass
  • General Attendee tickets - Wednesday Afternoon

The special discount is up to 50% discount! (40% for 6–15 tickets, 45% for 16–30 tickets, and 50% for 31 tickets or more.)

Can I transfer my ticket to another participant?

Badges are personal and non-transferable.

I have a payment problem, my credit card is not working.

The purchase might not be successful if the 3D secure did not work. In this case, your account will not be charged. The reasons can be the following:

  • The time limit was exceeded.
  • Your browser has a problem. You can try with another one like Chrome or Firefox. If, after several attempts, you still can't book your ticket, our team is here to help you, contact our team.

I want to change the information on my ticket

After you have finalized your registration and your payment has been accepted, it is not possible to change the name on the ticket anymore. However, if there is an error with your e-mail adresss or invoice information you can contact us to correct it at the following address: tickets@changenow.world

Can I upgrade or change my ticket category?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be upgraded or changed to another category.  

Will replay videos of conferences be available after the event?

The videos of the conferences will be available in replay in the days following the event directly on the event's website. However, some side events like workshops will not be filmed.  

Are there reduced rates for students?

As a student, you can benefit from a reduced rate on the general attendee pass. The general public pass reserved for Wednesday afternoon is free for students. If you are a scholarship student, you can also apply for a free solidarity pass.

Are there reduced rates for job seekers?

Job seekers can benefit from a reduced rate on the general attendee pass provided they are registered with France Travail. They can also benefit from the general public pass for Wednesday afternoon free of charge.

Can we eat on site?

A dedicated sustainable foodcourt is open during the 3 days from 10am to 5pm. All our menus are 100% seasonal and homemade, meticulously developed using strict ingredient sourcing standards to uphold our core commitments.

Are there vegan options?

The restaurants in the Food Court offer at least 90% vegetarian or vegan options. They source 100% of their ingredients locally, using seasonal produce and homemade items with a low carbon footprint. Half of the food is organic and/or sourced from responsible and sustainable agriculture, and comes from local suppliers.

At what age can you participate in ChangeNOW?

ChangeNOW is open to all ages. Children are welcome, including toddlers.
A special “Families for Change” program will be offered on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, starting at 1 p.m., featuring a treasure hunt, workshops, murals, storytelling, and more. Childcare is available for children ages 1 to 6 (children who can walk) from Monday, March 30 to Wednesday, April 1, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is free for children under 18 on Wednesday afternoon, but a ticket must still be reserved online.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, you can bring a stroller to ChangeNOW 2026. The event is designed to welcome families during the wednesday afternoon and strollers are perfectly suited for getting around the Grand Palais. If you have any special needs (luggage storage, cloakroom, accessibility), please let the reception staff know and they will direct you to the most convenient areas.

Can I bring luggage?

Yes, you can bring luggage with you. A cloakroom and secure luggage storage will be available during the event's opening hours. The luggage storage is located outside the Grand Palais.

Where can I leave my bike battery or motorcycle helmet?

A free, secure bike parking area is available for the event in front of the Grand Palais. You won’t be able to bring your bike battery inside. Please leave your bike at the parking or the battery at the luggage room located next to the south entrance! Motorcycle helmets can be left in the cloakroom.

Is there a charge for the lockers?

Yes, there is a charge for the cloakroom: €2 for coats and handbags, €4 for suitcases. The cloakroom is free for speakers, media representatives, and premium pass holders.

Access for people with limited mobility

The summit is suitable for people with limited mobility, with disabled access and elevators available.

Access for blind or visually impaired people

Dedicated guided tours are organized on Wednesday afternoon for blind or visually impared people. Please contact anne-coline@changenow.world to prepare your visit.

Can I come with my guide dog ?

Yes, blind or visually impaired people are welcome to bring their guide dogs to ChangeNOW 2026. The event has several accessibility features in place, and guide dogs are allowed.

Access for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals?

All conferences offer live captions available on smartphones via the same QR code as translations.

Is there a translation system at the summit?

The conferences and workshops are held in English from monday to wednesday, some will be in French on wednesday. A translation system, with live subtitles, will be available during the 3 days to follow the conferences in different languages. The solutions exhibition will be presented in English and French.
