women shaping

our future

Edition 2026

With Women for Change, we put the spotlight on 25 Women who show us other ways. 25 women who, through bold and unwavering leadership, are actively reshaping our world for the better.

Their leadership is, above all, a state of mind and a practice. It’s the commitment to ensure no one is left behind; to honor our deep connection with nature and to operate as an integral part of it. To stand against systems that harm people and our planet. To choose people over profit, peace over ego, and uncomfortable truths over silence.
