The regular Pass ticket is a general pass open to all, giving access to the ChangeNOW 2026 summit for 3 days.

This 3 days Summit Pass gives access to all the experiences on offer at the summit: conferences, workshops, solutions exhibitions, artistic programme, networking applications & tables and many other surprises to discover in the programme.

  • The student ticket is a discounted regular attendee ticket exclusively for students.

    • Startup, Non-Profits & Academic


    The Startup ticket is a discounted general admission pass available exclusively to startup founders and employees, providing access to the ChangeNOW summit for all three days.

    This ticket gives access to all the experiences on offer at the ChangeNOW summit: conferences, workshops, solutions exhibitions, artistic programme, the networking app & tables and many other surprises to discover in the programme.

    This 3-day Premium pass is specially designed for executives, giving access to the ChangeNOW summit for 3 days.

    The Investors ticket is open to all investors giving access to the ChangeNOW summit for 3 days.

    This Investors 3-day pass gives access to all the experiences on offer at the summit: conferences, workshops, solutions exhibitions, artistic programme, networking application & tables and many other surprises to discover in the programme.

    Exclusive: this ticket also gives access to the following experiences reserved for Investors participants:

    • access to financial data on the solutions exhibited during ChangeNOW
    • access to a dedicated programme of conferences, workshops, investor pitches, guided tours and private events for investors.
    • Investors lounge: access to a dedicated lounge to network between investors


    Wednesday TICKET

    The Wednesday ticket is a general public admission pass open to all, providing access exclusively to the ChangeNOW 2026 Summit on Wednesday, April 1.

    Reduced rates & special offer:

    • The student ticket is a discounted Wednesday ticket exclusively for students.
    • The children ticket is a discounted Saturday ticket exclusively for children from 8 to 17 years old.

    Frequently asked questions

    How do I register for ChangeNOW?

    You can register for the summit directly online: https://www.changenow.world/ticketing A ticketing service will also be available on-site, subject to availability. For group ticket requests or to organize a Learning Expedition, you can complete the form group tickets.

    I will only be able to come for one day, can I have a 1 day pass?

    There is no 1-day pass, only 3 days full-access passes (Regular Pass, Startup, Investor, Premium) allow you to attend the event on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 1-day pass is available for Wednesday afternoon only.

    Can I cancel my ticket and get reimbursed?

    In case of cancellation by the participant or in case of absence on the day of the event, the payment of the registration fee will remain fully due and will not give rise to any refund.     I need an invoice without VAT

    We cannot deduct VAT. The French tax law states that even if we send invoices abroad within the European Union, the buyer will use the French service, so we are required to add the VAT to the invoice. Furthermore, if you have omitted to add the intra-community VAT number at the time of your purchase, please inform us so that we can add it to your invoice.

    Can I transfer my ticket to another participant?

    You can change the name on the ticket up to 3 weeks before the event by contacting us at this address: tickets@changenow.world. After this date, no further modifications will be accepted. Once at the summit, please note that badges are personal and non-transferable.

    I want to change the information on my ticket

    Up to 3 weeks before the event, If there is an error with your e-mail adresss or invoice information you can contact us to correct it at the following address: tickets@changenow.world. After this date, no further modifications will be accepted.

    I have a payment problem, my credit card is not working.

    The purchase might not be successful if the 3D secure did not work. In this case, your account will not be charged. The reasons can be the following:

    • The time limit was exceeded.
    • Your browser has a problem. You can try with another one like Chrome or Firefox. If, after several attempts, you still can't book your ticket, our team is here to help you, contact us at this address: tickets@changenow.world


    Can I upgrade or change my ticket category?

    Once purchased, tickets cannot be upgraded or changed to another category.

    Does my 3-day ticket also give me access to the Wednesday evening event?

    Vous pouvez vous inscrire au sommet directement en ligne : https://www.changenow.world/ticketing-2026 Une billetterie sera également disponible sur place, dans la limite des places disponibles. Pour les demandes de billets de groupe ou pour organiser une Learning Expedition, vous pouvez remplir le formulaire billets de groupe.

    Je ne pourrai venir qu'une journée, puis-je avoir un laissez-passer d'une journée ?

    Il n'y a pas de laissez-passer d'une journée, mais des laissez-passer de trois jours (Summit Pass, Startup, Investor, Premium) qui vous permettent d'assister à l'événement le jeudi, le vendredi et le samedi. Le pass 1 jour est disponible pour le samedi uniquement et peut être commandé séparément via le pass "Saturday ticket".

    Puis-je annuler mon billet et me faire rembourser ?

    En cas d'annulation par le participant ou en cas d'absence le jour de l'événement, le paiement des frais d'inscription restera intégralement dû et ne donnera lieu à aucun remboursement.     J'ai besoin d'une facture sans TVA

    Nous ne pouvons pas déduire la TVA. La loi fiscale française stipule que même si nous envoyons des factures à l'étranger au sein de l'Union européenne, l'acheteur utilisera le service français, et nous sommes donc tenus d'ajouter la TVA à la facture. Par ailleurs, si vous avez omis d'ajouter le numéro de TVA intracommunautaire lors de votre achat, veuillez nous en informer afin que nous puissions l'ajouter à votre facture.

    Quelles sont les possibilités offertes aux groupes par ChangeNOW ?

    Pour les groupes de 6 billets ou plus, veuillez nous contacter pour un devis via ce formulaire de contact ou par email à tickets@changenow.world. Cela vous permettra de payer par virement bancaire à la réception d'une facture et de bénéficier de nos réductions. Les participants sont libres de venir en groupe ou individuellement (chaque billet est un billet d'entrée unique à tarif réduit).

    Je souhaite modifier les informations figurant sur mon billet

    Jusqu'à 3 semaines avant l'événement (3 avril), s'il y a une erreur dans vos adresses e-mail ou dans les informations de votre facture, vous pouvez nous contacter pour les corriger à l'adresse suivante : tickets@changenow.world. Après cette date, aucune modification ne sera acceptée.

    J'ai un problème de paiement, ma carte de crédit ne fonctionne pas.

    L'achat peut ne pas aboutir si le 3D secure n'a pas fonctionné. Dans ce cas, votre compte ne sera pas débité. Les raisons peuvent être les suivantes :

    • La limite de temps a été dépassée.

    Puis-je surclasser ou changer la catégorie de mon billet ?

    Une fois achetés, les billets ne peuvent être surclassés ou changés de catégorie.

    Mon billet de trois jours me donne-t-il également accès à l'événement du mercredi soir ?

    Oui, tous nos billets de trois jours (participant général, investisseur, startup, premium, étudiant, ONG/universitaire) comprennent l'accès à l'ouverture publique du mercredi soir.
