ART FOR CHANGE

As part of the Art for Change program, ChangeNOW has invited French artist Tim Zdey to create two monumental art pieces with the lowest ecological footprint possible for the 2022 edition of the summit.

The first one is a hand-painted and vegetalized archway, designed to welcome the visitors at the entrance of the Grand Palais Ephemere.

The Wall of Change, a collaborative artwork.

The process is easy: each visitor commits to reducing its impact on the planet around four themes: ocean, food, fashion, and energy.

Once they have chosen their commitment they receive a colored token to be dropped off in front of the Wall Of Change. Over 3 days, as more and more participants took an engagement, the giant canvas slowly filled up with matching colors to result into four monumental art pieces.

By the end of the summit, a total of 671 commitments were taken, 671 steps toward protecting our planet. Many thanks to all of you!
